Delivery and pickup are included in Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, Columbia, Franklin, and Cool Springs.
- Want to handle pickup and drop-off? Save $5 when you pick up your order and another $5 when you drop it off, for up to $10 off.
- Just outside the included area? One $50 fee covers delivery and pickup within 20 driving miles of our Spring Hill base. Beyond that, choose customer pickup.
- Moving quickly? Rush delivery may be available. Ask us when you book.

How long can I keep the totes?
Choose either a 7-day or 14-day rental. We do not offer daily extensions. Before the due date, a one-week rental may be upgraded to two weeks, subject to availability, by paying the package difference.
How does the refundable deposit work?
Your package deposit is collected with your reservation request. After the totes and dolly are returned on time and inspected, the deposit is refunded to the original payment method.
What happens if my return is late?
Totes not ready for return on the scheduled date are charged $1 per tote, per calendar day. This is a late fee, not an extension, and it does not apply if Stack & Settle reschedules pickup.
When is the balance due?
Stripe emails your itemized invoice in about 20 minutes after the deposit is paid. You may pay it securely at any time, but it is due by 5:00 PM Central the day before service. We do not automatically draft your card. If the invoice remains unpaid at the deadline, no totes are delivered or released, the reservation is cancelled, and the deposit is forfeited.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel up to one week before your scheduled drop-off. Once the reservation is less than one week away, you may move it to another available date. If you cancel instead, the reservation deposit will be forfeited.
Are the totes waterproof?
The HDX totes and snap-fit lids are water-resistant, which helps protect your belongings from light rain. They are not advertised as fully waterproof, so packed totes should not be left outdoors during severe weather.
Can I pick up and drop off the totes myself?
Yes. Save $5 when you pick up your order and another $5 when you drop it off, for a total savings of up to $10.
